Efficiency is closely related to productivity, and without one you can’t expect to be able to enjoy the other. Therefore, it is important that you look at how your business currently operates and think about what changes could be made. 3. Delegate Roles Correctly

5. Offer Support and Guidance

Be sure to remind your staff that you are there for them to offer support and guidance if they feel like they need it. Your staff should be able to approach you with any concerns they have, and if they feel they are able to do this, it will improve productivity and worker morale.
