One of my favorite scientists–Neil deGrasse Tyson–made a video talking about one of my other favorite scientists–Stephen Hawking.
Scientists don’t often get the spotlight, so it’s a bit amazing that both of these guys are rock stars. It’s also quite impressive that someone of Tyson’s stature has so much respect and reverence for what Hawking has done for science.
Check out this video. If you haven’t already seen the biographical movie of Stephen Hawking’s life–The Theory of Everything–I highly recommend you do so. It is phenomenal, and Eddie Redmayne should be an Oscar contender for his portrayal of Hawking.
